Established in 1996, Pour un Sourire d'Enfant works to support underprivileged children who work and live in the streets and around the Stung Meanchey garbage dump in Phnom Penh. So far, we have provided food, health care, accommodation and education to more than 5000 childrens. www.pse.asso.fr
